Edmonton’s starting to head up this April! Come check out these awesome events and get ready to have a great time.

When Letterkenny first hit Canada’s Crave streaming service, it was a breath of fresh air for Canadian comedy. Following fast-talking rural farmers with the grit to back up their big talk, the show was a raucous antidote to the safe Canadiana of shows like Corner Gas and Kim’s Convenience – a little bit rock and roll, a lot country, and every bit hilarious.

8 seasons later, an animated series and a half dozen holiday specials later, Letterkenny is touring the country with a live show, showcasing its colourful cast of characters for fans everywhere. Check it out when Wayne, Daryl, Katy, Squirrely Dan and more of your faves hit the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium on April 2!

We live in uncertain times, and sometimes the way to move forwards to remember the past! That’s exactly what you can do at the Edmonton Resilience Festival on August 25! Presented by the Edmonton Permaculture Guild, this one-day event will share all the tools you need to prepare for the future by learning how to create thriving food gardens, waste fewer materials around the home and much, much more.

Buy supplies from friendly and helpful vendors, take part in incredibly informative workshops, and learn how to help build a future you want to be a part of!

Looking for some relief? Take a trip to Edmonton and have a great time – but be sure to book a room at the Days Inn Edmonton South for a truly spectacular trip! Our complimentary Deluxe Daybreak Café lets you start your day on the right foot, and our comfortable rooms are a fantastic home away from home!
